Is ColourPickr free?

Yes. The main colour picker and educational guides are free to use.

Do I need an account?

No. Core tools work without registration.

Why can the same HEX colour look different?

Displays differ in calibration, brightness, colour profile and viewing conditions. A HEX value is consistent, but its physical appearance may vary.

Can I use generated colour values commercially?

Yes. Standard colour values such as HEX, RGB and HSL are not proprietary. You remain responsible for checking brand, print and accessibility requirements.

Does ColourPickr guarantee WCAG compliance?

No automated tool can guarantee complete accessibility. Contrast calculations are useful evidence, but the full interface, text size, font weight, states and user testing also matter.
